Expectations & FAQ’s

  • Tables arranged according to the layout created by the coordinator and client.

    Fully stocked restrooms and kitchen.

    Periodic check in with your coordinator.

    Additional tables and chairs will be on site by request.

    Staff will break down tables and deep clean the facility after your event.

  • Please be punctual and abide by the times in the contract.

    Treat the facility with respect.

    Dispose of trash.

    Remove all items that belong to you at the conclusion of your event.

    Refrain from using glitter, confetti, or other tiny decorations.

    Let our staff member know of any issues or special requests during your event.

When may I access the facility?

The studio will be unlocked at the start of your reserved time. You will also be provided a code. You and your vendors may access HighLife at your reservation start time.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! HighLife was created for everyone can have the event they dreamed of. The total is due 30 days prior to your event but we can make payment arrangements. Call or text today.

When do I have to leave the facility?

You studio must be clean and empty by the end of your reserved time. Before leaving the chairs must be stacked together and trash disposed of.

Is alcohol permitted?

Bring it! We offer bartending services or you're welcome to provide your own alcohol.


What if I need more time?

The wedding package leaves ample time for set up, celebrating and tear down. You can add up to 3 hours or rent HighLife Studio for the full day.


Will the facility be setup upon our arrival?

Yes. Our team will work with you on a layout of how you would like tables and chairs set up for your event, prior to your event date. The facility will then be setup according to this layout prior to your arrival on your event date.

Can I add guests?

Absolutely! Add as many guest as you like up to a total of 100 guests seated or 120 cocktail style.


May I provide my own food?

Yes! If you need assistance choosing a caterer, let us know! You will have access to the kitchen that has a food warmer, refrigerator, freezer, sink, and prep table.

Is there a kitchen?

Yep! Every event at HighLife includes access to the kitchenette. The kitchenette is great for catering events; it includes a full size food warmer, refrigerator, and prep table.

Is there an extra fee to bring my own food?

Nope! We encourage you too! Feel free to use the large warmer with 7 shelves and the fridge!

Where is parking?

Parking is located on-site beside the studio. Additional parking is available across the street as well! There’s plenty!


Can we replace the round tables for rectangular rows?

Sure! We'll even still provide the linen.

How many restrooms does the studio have?

HighLife Studio has 2 handicap accessible restrooms


Do you have wifi or Bluetooth?

We do! HighLife has quality surround sound speakers you can connect to at HighLife Studio.

What if I need to add more time during the event?

If we can accommodate, we will! Especially during peak season there are days with multiple events and we will not be able to add time. To avoid this, let us know ASAP.

What’s the incidental fee for?

Incidental fee is what Highlife does in lieu of a hefty security deposit. Very often we have small charges that cleaners and maintenance back to charge to us. Usually a small amount, but it does add up. To avoid that awkward conversation for a small amount we charge an incidental fee. Makes it easier for both of us. We found clients are happier. Please keep in mind this still requires you to follow the simple wrap up instructions. Also this does not cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or smoke ventilation.

Can I hang decor on the grass wall?

Absolutely! We want you to customize your event and make the studio perfect for you. We ask that you do not hang anything heavy to avoid possible damages. The grass wall has built in hooks and rods to hang your drapery. Pictures, flowers, balloons and decor are commonly displayed on the grass wall.


Do you have a preferred vendors list?

Sorta-kinda. We have fantastic vendors that we have seen work first-hand and we feel are truly amazing at their craft. BUT if you have a company that you would prefer to work with, that is perfectly fine! Just be sure to share their contact info. Visit the “About HighLife’ tab at the top of the page to view the whole list.

Is set up and tear down included in my reservation?

You’ll have full access to HighLife Studio from the start of your reservation time to the end. You use the time in whichever way suits you. Most commonly reservation breakdown is: 2 hour set up 3.5 hour event, 30 minute tear down. We give you the freedom to decide how to use your time.

How much to secure my event?

Weekends are $400 to hold your reservations. This amount goes towards the total cost of your event. Only a $200 refundable deposit is required for a weekday reservations, this is returned to you after your reservation.
